for six, so whether you are celebrating a 

wedding in paradise or spending

time with your family and friends,

it is an unforgettable escape!

romance and a cozy retreat with unparalleled privacy.

The View

If you enjoy exploring, The Beach House looks out onto one of the most beautiful reefs on the island. Snorkeling is a fabulous past time that can open

your eyes to a world of underwater excitement. 

Rocks surround the beach to ensure its’ privacy

and can provide for a great hike if you are 

looking for an adventurous exercise.

Upon entering the main house

you will find a master bedroom with a beautiful king bed. Attached to this

bedroom is a half bath.

There is a reading/changing room

with a full length mirror that leads

to another bath.

The main house also has a fully

appointed kitchen with new stainless

appliances, a kitchen dining area,

living room with flat screen TV, and a

beautiful covered, outdoor formal dining

area that comfortably seats six people.

 

There is a very short walk to the detached cottage where there are two bedrooms upstairs and an additional bedroom downstairs for that unexpected drop-in guest.

The bedrooms upstairs have a king size bed and a queen size bed both sharing a bathroom with very private outside covered shower.

It is between the house and cottage that you will find the six burner stainless gas grill.

Each bedroom has bay windows with natural light, air-conditioning for your comfort.

Attached to the main house there is another outside shower. It is also a rinse area for the hot tub.

Rates for 2007-2008

January 1, 2008- May 3, 2008: 

$4,000 per/wk

for three or more people,

add $500

May 4, 2008 - December 20, 2008:

$3,500 per/wk

for three or more people,

add $500

The Weeks of Thanksgiving,

Christmas,

& New Years:

$4,800

for three or more people, add $500

There is a $500.00 security deposit

and $150.00 for a maid service.
