Nowadays a villa stay in the Caribbean has become one of the most desirable holidays. The luxuries of your own space, privacy, a dip in your moonlit pool are sublime; and you’ll probably pay no more per couple than you’d pay for a hotel room, and in many cases, considerably less. If you wish, you can have full service, bevy of maids, cooks, butlers, drivers, babysitters, masseuses, and even manicurists are available for one visit or for your entire stay. But believe us, you will be satisfied. Not only that the Caret Bay is situated on a dream spot, your villa includes all facilities you can imagine. Like a dishwasher, Laundry facilities, a microwave, a maidservice included in your rental rate and much more. We generally advise everyone to rent a car for their stay, so you can have wonderful freedom exploring the island.

Payments and Cancellations

Once you have phoned in your villa reservation to us, you have a TWO-WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us – after the two weeks, your "hold" on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required is ONE-HALF to confirm and guarantee your villa reservation. The balance due of rent, plus Hotel Tax and your Damage deposit, are due here at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied toward the total rent, cancellations will be honored if outside of 30 days prior to your arrival, less a 20% service charge in some cases. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 70% of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. Naturally, we’ll always do our utmost to help fill the dates which must be cancelled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without loss to the owner. Refund arrangements can depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of the year. All owners who will not refund cash will be happy to reschedule your rental to another time slot in the future. No refunds may be given for early departure from a villa, unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.

Damage Deposits

Damage deposits ($ 300/$ 500) are fully refundable to you within 30 days of your departure, provided there is no Breakage, missing items, long-distance calls charged to the telephone, and no other charges incurred before, during or after your stay still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for your long-distance phone calls) are included in your rental price.

Maid Service

For all properties, we send in a cleaning service before your arrival and after your departure so that your rental property is sparkling clean. If you rent a villa for more than one week, cleaning is done additionally once a week free of charge. If you wish, you can have a maidservice extra. We’ll be happy to book these extra services for your vacation.

Starter Kits

We offer for $ 80.00 a Villa Starter Kit which contains a variety of drinks, snacks, breakfast fixings, etc., and a Champagne Basket for special occasions which includes a bottle of Champagne, fruits, cheese and crackers, mints and Perrier water. All baskets are beautifully decorated with fresh tropical flowers and ribbons, and delivered fresh to your villa.

Check-Out-Time

We ask our guests to vacate their villas no later than 12 noon.
